• Development for the Service Requests including but not limited to configuring UI actions on UI policies.
• Running unit testing on developed items
• Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing with the requestors
• Give Knowledge Transfer to APS/Dev during the pre-release activities.
• Creating deployment sheet during the pre-release activities
• Handle the release and post go-live validations.
• Over 3 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform implementation, support, development, and administration
• Proficient in all stages of the SDLC process, such as requirement analysis, design, code, and test
• Direct hands-on experience on Service Catalog requests
• Experience in configuring and customizing all aspects of Service Catalog Requests like UI actions, UI policy, Business rules, Data policies, and Client scripts.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
